When is my order shipped?
We ship within 24-48 hours after an order is placed (Monday - Friday).
For USPS or UPS or FedEX Economy standard shipping, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to U.S, Canada & Europe. Shipping Fees apply. Please email or text for other unspecified countries inquiries.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with FedEx Economy & USPS.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address associated with an order once the item has shipped. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.
What are the shipping and handling rates?
For USA $4.99 and above based on weight USPS Standard or FEDEx Economy shipping on order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel existing orders. Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately.
When do I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. From when the order is shipped it should take 2-7 working days depending on where in the world you live. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Accepted payment methods?
We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPal.
What currency do I pay in?
The currencies used are USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK and NOK. Please note that the currency is chosen automatically depending on your shipping country.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Can you send my order as a gift for customs purposes?
No. The purchase price needs to be stated correctly on our parcels. If an item is on sale we will declare the sale price and not the original retail price.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by email or text.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hrs of the original order.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail:- info@nimstarr.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!
How do I use a voucher code?
The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.

If pieces are missing from your order, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll have a look at it.
Can I make a return or exchange?
We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you have received a damaged product or have any questions, you may return for exchange of only unworn products. You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 10 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us at info@nimstarr.com within 5 days after receipt of the product for a return or a replacement with your order number.

I got the confirmation that my order was delivered, but I didn't get it. What should I do?
With Holidays and any unpresidential circumstances some orders may be delayed even with postal service has updated your delivery status. Please wait a day or two to be delivered. If you still haven't received your order, please check with your local post office or delivery provider to locate your package with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any item that are lost in the process.
What should I do to make my jewelry last longer?
Avoid contact with water, lotion, make up, and perfume. Always store in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a soft cloth to avoid the build-up of skin oils, lotions and other substances. This is the easiest way to keep your jewelry in good condition.
Can I wear my jewelry if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. Most of the jewelry are hypoallergenic (Nickel and Lead Compliant) as stated in the description of each item. Even though most of our jewelry are hypoallergenic, we still recommend you to put a thin layer of clear nail polish before you first wear them. This will also make your jewelry last longer and avoid the build up from body oil, make up, lotion, or perfume.
